Award-winning, purposely crafted, this modern Western Australian pale pink Rosé is delicate yet complex with vibrant fruit flavours and a generous finish.
Aromatic rose petal and juniper berry fruits. Dry, silky tannin and soft acid structure with delicate red berry fruits and a persistent intensity to the finish.
TASTING NOTES
Vibrant pink core to the rim. Fragrant raspberries, rose petal and honeydew melon on the nose. This dry style of Rose is delicate in structure and fruity in taste, best enjoyed served at cool to room temperatures.
WINEMAKING
Made predominantly from Shiraz with a small addition of Gewurtztraminer, 7% of the volume was fermented and matured in seasoned oak over six months to broaden the complexity.
