Pale straw to the core with a pale green edge with a dry palate of citrus and white fruits with a delicate long finish and a lifted perfume.
WINEMAKING
Handpicked Vermentino off the Fishbone Estate was crushed then allowed 24-hour juice on skin contact before pressing and fermenting.
