Fishbone 2023 Blue Label Shiraz Cabernet
The 2023 Blue Shiraz Cabernet was sourced from two West Australian vineyards in the Geographe Wine region.
The wine has great colour intensity and pronounced blackberry fruits on the palate. It displays concentrated dark berries with a hint of liquorice and fresh tobacco on the nose. Dry and full-bodied, the smooth tannins and soft acid supports a great intensity of dark, red berry fruits with a natural sweet edge to the finish.

WINEMAKING
This dry red wine is a cool climate Shiraz, picked at full ripeness and the wine shows great colour intensity with full Shiraz flavours of blackberries and subtle peppery spices on the palate. The wine then underwent 12 month maturation in French and American oak.
