This dry, red wine is a cool climate Shiraz, picked at full ripeness and the wine shows great colour intensity with full flavours of blackberries and subtle peppery spices on the palate.
TASTING NOTES
Dark plum to the rim. Fruits with a peppery complexity. Dry, full bodied and powerful tannin structure. Ripe black berry fruits with peppery complexity.
WINEMAKING
A rich and powerful Shiraz from a single vineyard in Geographe grown on sandy soils. Use of American and French oak staves in tank over period of 12 months.
